General information for authors

Speakers at the VITEL 2020 are invited and their attendance is confirmed by the programme committee of the event. Speakers, who have been confirmed, are obliged to prepare a presentation in a form that has been recommended by the organizer. The organizer will submit the presentation, which will be used by the speaker at VITEL 2020 (copyright work), to all participants at the event for their personal use (on flash drive) in an unchanged form without prejudice to the content. The presentation will be available on SIKOM’s web site once the period of one year from the date of the event has elapsed. Participants receiving the material will be informed that the material can be used for their own purposes exclusively. The material must not be copied or distributed without specific permission from the author. The organizer shall not delegate the presentations, for which it obtained the listed rights, to a third party. The author guarantees the credibility of the presented content. The confirmed speakers shall submit the material for their presentation in such a form and content that it can be forwarded to the participants of the event. We would like to inform you as the speaker that, due to general educational interest, the conclusion of the event – the round table – will be recorded. The organizer will take care of event photography. The photos will be posted on SIKOM’s web site and stored by the organizer.

Once the programme committee selects your proposal, you are required to cover registration fee of 380 € and register here.
