General information for authors

Speakers at the VITEL are invited and their attendance is confirmed by the programme committee of the event. Speakers, who have been confirmed, are obliged to prepare a presentation in a form that has been recommended by the organizer (ppt or pdf). The organizer will submit the presentation, which will be used by the speaker at VITEL (copyright work), to all participants at the event for their personal use (e-proceedings on the web page, password protected) in an unchanged form without prejudice to the content. The presentation will be publicly available on SIKOM’s web site once the period of one year from the date of the event has elapsed. Participants receiving the material will be informed that the material can be used for their own purposes exclusively. The material must not be copied or distributed without specific permission from the author. The organizer shall not delegate the presentations, for which it obtained the listed rights, to a third party. The author guarantees the credibility of the presented content. The confirmed speakers shall submit the material for their presentation in such a form and content that it can be forwarded to the participants of the event. We would like to inform you as the speaker that, due to general educational interest, your presentation and the conclusion of the event – the round table – will be recorded. The organizer will take care of the recordings. The recordings will be available for the participants 15 days after the event. After that period recorded lectures will be stored on the SIKOM’s web site (or other media) according to the data protection rules.

Once the programme committee selects your proposal, you will receive all necessary information and are welcome to participate the whole event free of charge.
